The coat is quality. Good stitching and heavy. It’s attractive but sadly instead of the matching red buttons, it has large wooden appearing buttons. These buttons make the coat look more casual than I want.Details are important WW! To make the coat go dressy or casual those buttons need to match the coat!Luckily I know how to sew buttons, and the coat had a reduced price! I can replace the buttons to get the versatile appearance I need for this new coat. WW you need to either make sure your pictures match the merchandise or warn the buyer that buttons may vary. I see a few returned coats in your future ?I originally purchased the wrong size and the seller did a free exchange very convenient and I love this coat so much! Size 28My coat just came and I LOVE IT. Oh, and also? I LOVE IT!!!! Nothing EVER fits my chunked-out self, at 200+ ever-changing pounds and standing at a whopping 1/4 inch below 5 feet. But this lovely, perfect example of what I know as a "Boston Peacoat" actually fits me not just well, but beautifully! It is so roomy I forgot I had it on whilst cleaning the mirror so I could see my new coat more clearly, yet the fit is wonderfully slimming and ever-so-kind to my MichelinMan figure. I am in amazement at the fit and quality, but especially the wonderful PRICE of this coat here on Amazon. I actually had this in the basket at the Woman Within website, but something told me to check Amazon first, and Voilah! Perfection. Did I mention that everything about it is PERFECT???!!! Hope this helps, all you voluptuous ladies out there!! Note: The coat is a rich, deep black, but I lightened the photos so you could see the details better. The last pic represents the color the best.the coat fits beautifully on my daughter. she opened for Christmas .I liked the color, the style and found it work casual. The jacket was on the heavy side. I spend a lot of time in Alaska and found it to be a daily use jacket for weather -10’ to 60sI like the qualityThe material was nice and heavy, however the coat was too long for me to be a true peacoat. It just wasn't attactive on me. Also watch Roamans sizing. Lane Bryant sizing is more correct. It’s a super cute jacket. It’s not the best wool out there and the fact they made the pockets a different material makes it feel a little cheap but it keeps you reasonably warm (30 and above, below 30 it’s parka time). It is a little narrow in the shoulders which is unusual given the fit over the chest and stomach. It prevents you from layering anything terribly thick.
