Allergy symptoms are cut down. Sometimes, I don't feel any at all but other days the symptoms are more bothersome. I've been dealing with allergies as far back as 6 years old ( I'm 50 now) along with reactive airway issues. When I turned 30 I started getting sinus infections more and more. I know it has a lot to do with allergy symptoms. I basically had allergy symptoms year round, partly due to the air quality where I live (Chicago) and the air quality of my work environment as a truck mechanic. I was thankful when I could start to be able to purchase allergy nasal sprays over the counter but found myself using them more often and I'm not the kind of person who takes medications of any kind. I'm always looking for natural ways to remedy any and all ailments. I've been using this product for 2 weeks along with monolaurin and te results have been great. I've only used the nasal spray 3 times since I started, compared to twice a day every day. I do still feel some symptoms but it's tolerable. I've known, since I started using the nasal spray, that it had the potential to cause problems down the road, so I'm very happy that this is working for me. If you look up all the ingredients individually, most of them help with allergy symptoms in one way or another. Plus I get the added bonus of the other benefits. I generally feel better. I have less inflammation/swelling and aches and pains. I'm also sleeping better & generally feel more at ease.
