This is now the only ciffee we drink!This coffee is never bitter. It has a deep rich flavor.We love Jim's coffee. We were buying bulk (6 bags) but the price increased by 20 dollars recently. We will no longer purchase.My local health food store sells these and a couple dozen other coffee beans in bulk bins, so a year ago I tried an ounce of each of the dark and medium roasts. Sweet Love and Recess Coffee Austin's Blend are my persistent favorites. Amazon's price is the best, except when a local grocery puts it on sale to clear out old stock.Note: Recently Jim's changed the packaging from 12 ounces to 11, so the 12 ounce packages are older stock.
