There are a lot of misleading reviews here. I ordered two different sizes. I ordered the 34 and the 36 because so many people said these ran small. They do not, if anything they run big. I wear a 34 in blue jeans And most other pants. The 36 is noticeably too big and the 34s are perfect. I work manual labor jobs and I work out. The thighs have plenty of Room. The commenters saying that the pants are not made for people with athletic builds are misleading at best. Come to find out, after trying these on, these men are just out of shape AKA fat. It is easier for them to blame the clothes then admit they need to tighten up. I would recommend you buy the size you normally wear maybe the smaller size. I am 5'10 in height and I weigh 207 pounds. I've a 29 and a 1/2 inch inseem and the 34s are perfect. I love them. I bought navy 34s and dark khaki in the 36s. The khaki will be bed pants now. I wear a good bit of linen. Theses aren't the highest quality on earth, but for the price, the pants are a steal. They are linen, your special area wool make itself known. No worries. Every man has them. If your wife is uncomfortable, get a new wife. Good day.
